No. Easy Dreaming Getaways provides personalized travel research, recommendations, and itinerary planning, but we do not make reservations or purchases on your behalf.

Your vacation guide gives you the information and recommendations you need to make your own booking decisions. You remain in control of what you choose and book.

You don’t have to figure that out on your own. Start by completing our getaway questionnaire and telling us about the trip you’re imagining.

We’ll personally review details such as your trip length, number of destinations, planning needs, and overall complexity to determine which Easy Dreaming Getaways planning option best fits your getaway.

You’ll receive the recommended package and price before any payment is requested.

We’ll first review your trip details and determine which planning package best fits your getaway. You’ll then receive the recommended planning option and price so you can review it before moving forward.

Once you confirm that you’d like to proceed, you’ll receive instructions to pay for your planning package. Planning begins after payment is confirmed.

Your vacation guide is created around the details and preferences you share with us. Depending on your trip and planning needs, it may include researched recommendations for accommodations, transportation, activities and attractions, dining, timing and logistics, estimated costs and fees, and other details relevant to your getaway.

We’ll also consider your budget, travel style, preferences, loyalty programs, memberships, and eligible discounts when researching options for your trip.

Before your vacation guide reaches you, I personally review the research and itinerary, make any needed adjustments, and complete the final design and beautification myself. The result is a polished, personalized vacation guide created to look and feel like it belongs to your getaway—not a generic itinerary with the Easy Dreaming Getaways logo simply placed on top.

No. Travel prices, availability, fees, policies, schedules, and other details can change at any time, especially between the time your vacation guide is created and when you’re ready to book.

We research the most relevant information available while planning your getaway, but Easy Dreaming Getaways does not control the pricing or availability offered by airlines, hotels, restaurants, attractions, transportation providers, or other third parties.

Always review the provider’s current price, availability, policies, and booking details before making a reservation or purchase.

Yes. We want your vacation guide to reflect the getaway you’re actually dreaming about. If something doesn’t feel right, you’ll have an opportunity to let us know what you’d like adjusted.

We’ll review your requested changes and make reasonable revisions that remain within the scope of your original trip and planning package.

If your requested changes significantly expand the trip—such as adding destinations, extending the length of the getaway, or substantially changing the original planning needs—we’ll let you know if a different planning option or additional planning fee is needed before any additional work is started.

Our Bespoke planning option is designed for trips that go beyond the scope of our standard packages. This may include extended vacations, three or more destinations, multi-country or complex multi-city trips, larger groups, highly specialized experiences, or other getaways that require additional research and coordination.

Because these trips can vary significantly, Bespoke planning is individually quoted after we review your getaway questionnaire.

You’ll receive your custom planning price before deciding whether you’d like to move forward.

Yes. Easy Dreaming Getaways offers a 10% discount on our planning fee for eligible verified active-duty military members, veterans, military spouses or dependents, and first responders.

When applicable, we can also consider your eligible memberships and discount programs while researching your getaway and look for relevant discounts offered by hotels, attractions, transportation providers, and other travel-related businesses.

Third-party discounts are separate from the Easy Dreaming Getaways planning-fee discount and are subject to each provider’s eligibility requirements, terms, availability, and verification process.

You’ll choose your preferred communication method when completing your getaway questionnaire. Easy Dreaming Getaways currently communicates with customers primarily by email or text message, depending on the preference you select.

We may contact you if we need additional information about your trip, when your planning package is ready for confirmation, or when there’s an important update about your getaway planning.

Providing a phone number does not automatically mean you’ll receive text messages—we’ll follow the communication preference you select.

Once your questionnaire is submitted, I’ll personally review the details of your getaway to understand what you’re looking for and determine the planning option that best fits your trip.

You’ll receive your recommended planning package and price before any payment is requested. Once you confirm your package and payment is completed, the research and planning for your getaway can begin.

After the research and itinerary are completed, I personally review everything, make any needed adjustments, and create the final polished design of your vacation guide before it is delivered to you.

From there, you’ll have an organized, personalized guide to help you make your own final travel choices and bookings.

After your planning package is confirmed and payment is received, we’ll let you know what to expect for your particular getaway. More complex or Bespoke trips may require additional planning time.
