These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Easy Dreaming Getaways website and the travel research, planning, recommendation, and itinerary services provided by Easy Dreaming Getaways.

By submitting a getaway questionnaire, purchasing a planning package, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully before purchasing a planning service.

Easy Dreaming Getaways provides personalized travel research, planning, recommendations, and itinerary creation based on the information and preferences you provide to us.

Easy Dreaming Getaways is not a travel agency and does not book, reserve, purchase, or directly provide travel services on your behalf. This includes, but is not limited to, flights, accommodations, transportation, dining reservations, activities, attractions, tours, tickets, insurance, or other travel-related products or services.

Recommendations included in your vacation guide are provided for informational and planning purposes. You are responsible for reviewing the details of any recommendation and deciding whether it is appropriate for you and your travelers.

You are responsible for making and paying for all travel reservations and purchases directly with the applicable third-party providers.

You are responsible for reviewing all recommendations and travel information before making any reservation, purchase, or travel decision.

This includes confirming current prices, availability, dates, times, locations, cancellation and refund policies, entry requirements, identification or passport requirements, visa requirements, health or vaccination requirements, accessibility needs, age restrictions, and any other terms or requirements that may apply to you or your travelers.

You are also responsible for providing Easy Dreaming Getaways with accurate and complete information about your trip, travelers, preferences, budget, and any special needs or restrictions that may affect the recommendations we provide.

Easy Dreaming Getaways is not responsible for issues resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

Final travel decisions and bookings remain the responsibility of the customer.

Easy Dreaming Getaways reviews the details of your getaway before payment is requested to determine which planning option best fits the length, complexity, and planning needs of your trip.

You will be provided with your recommended planning option and price before payment is requested. Bespoke or other trips that fall outside the scope of our standard planning packages may require a custom quote.

Payment is required before travel research and itinerary planning begins.

The planning fee paid to Easy Dreaming Getaways is for our research, planning, recommendation, itinerary, and vacation guide services. It does not include the cost of flights, accommodations, transportation, activities, dining, tickets, or any other travel-related purchases unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any eligible Easy Dreaming Getaways discount applies only to our planning fee unless specifically stated otherwise. Discounts or benefits offered by third-party travel providers are subject to those providers’ own eligibility requirements, terms, availability, and verification procedures.

We want your completed vacation guide to reflect the getaway you asked us to plan. If you would like something adjusted, you may request reasonable revisions that remain within the scope of your original trip and planning package.

Revision requests should relate to the trip details and planning needs originally submitted to Easy Dreaming Getaways.

Changes that substantially expand or alter the original scope—such as adding destinations, extending the trip, significantly changing the travel concept, or requesting additional planning beyond the purchased package—may require a different planning option or an additional planning fee.

If an additional fee is required because of a requested scope change, you will be informed of the new scope and price before the additional work begins.

Travel prices, availability, schedules, fees, policies, promotions, and other information provided by third-party travel providers can change at any time.

Easy Dreaming Getaways researches information available during the planning process and makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate recommendations. However, we cannot guarantee that a price, room, flight, reservation, activity, promotion, or other travel option shown or referenced in your vacation guide will remain available or unchanged when you are ready to book.

Third-party providers are responsible for their own products, services, pricing, availability, policies, and fulfillment.

Before making any reservation or purchase, you are responsible for verifying the provider’s current information, total price, availability, terms, and cancellation or refund policies.

Travel involves circumstances and risks that are outside the control of Easy Dreaming Getaways. These may include delays, cancellations, schedule changes, weather, natural events, closures, strikes, transportation disruptions, lost or damaged property, illness or injury, and changes made by travel providers or government authorities.

Easy Dreaming Getaways does not own, operate, manage, or control the airlines, hotels, transportation companies, restaurants, attractions, tour operators, or other third-party providers that may be recommended in your vacation guide.

Your reservations and purchases with those providers are subject to the terms, conditions, policies, and agreements between you and the applicable provider.

Easy Dreaming Getaways is not responsible for the acts, omissions, cancellations, changes, or performance of independent third-party travel providers.

 Your completed vacation guide is created specifically for your getaway and is intended for your personal, non-commercial use.

You are welcome to save, print, and share your vacation guide with the family members, friends, or other travelers included in your trip.

Easy Dreaming Getaways retains ownership of its original branding, logos, templates, designs, and other proprietary materials used in creating your guide.

You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute commercially, or represent Easy Dreaming Getaways' original materials as your own without prior written permission.

Travel provider names, photographs, logos, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners, where applicable.

Easy Dreaming Getaways may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable requirements.

Updated Terms & Conditions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law, changes to these Terms & Conditions will not retroactively alter the terms of a planning service already purchased.
